Open Houses allow an opportunity for people to see inside your home, it provides immediate candid feedback on your home that will offer us additional comparative information for price, quality and buyer expectations. Just another way to get people excited about your home.
Furthermore, if your home is listed during a time when a caravan tour is occurring your home can be toured by all of the agents in the area. this allows agents an opportunity to see inside the house and possibly determine if it is a home that would be fitting for there buyers.
My job is to keep YOUR property in the minds of other agents. One way I do this is by personally reaching out to other agents in the area. Especially those who have had a recent sale with a similar home. Chances are they might have a buyer who missed out on their home and might be a good fit for yours.
Every new listing receives a number of mailers sent out to neighbors, my sphere and local agents. Some are Just Listed mailers like the one seen to the right, others are new listing flyers. Additionally, a flyer box, Perma flyers and yard sign may be posted in front of the house.
Social Media is a fantastic resource for getting the word out to a vast number of people quickly. A combination of social media is used allowing your listing to be exposed to an unlimited amount of viewers from across the world not just limited to our area. The benefit of Facebook is that posts can be shared. The more times it is shared, the more people it will reach.
Posts are used to create excitement around the NEW listing, keep followers updated for open houses and provide information about the community.
