Anita is the kindest human! She literally put in time doing yard work and helping with projects in my house to get it ready to sell. She went out of her way to make a complex transaction work, as we had found our own buyers who wanted to rent from us first, and then convert the transaction to a sale. She knows the market, is honest and caring, and made sure that all aspects were considered and taken care of for our renting and selling process.
